Connie
Salazar
is an inspirational
Christian recording artist from Southern California. In 2000 and again
in 2005, she was nominated for Female Vocalist of The Year from the
United Catholic Music and Video Association and has three full-length
compact discs entitled "into Your presence", "Journey of Faith" and "I
Heard A Gentle Call."
Connie graduated from Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles with a
Bachelor of Music degree with an emphasis in church music. In 1995 she joined the Coro De Los Angeles, which was formed for World Youth Day in 1993. Because of her versatility and lovely voice, she was invited to sing on recordings of nationally renowned Catholic composers Bob Hurd, Jaime Cortez and Eleazar Cortez.
In 1996, Connie performed for President Gerald Ford, New Jersey Governor
Christy Todd Whitman and the New Jersey Republican National Convention
delegation in San Diego, CA.
In 2001, she was invited to record a half-hour television show of songs
from her albums for the "Backstage" series on EWTN, the global Catholic
television network.

Radio, County Donegal Ireland; Radio eR Poland and Vatican Radio.
